There is definitely going to be more to come from the Undead in Brown County gang.  There is so much to explore beyond Sarah.  Michael will be a part of the upcoming projects, as will Victoria, Katie, Alex, Meekah and William.  We will also be seeing the girls much more often as well as Teddy.  Selena will be involved with all the books as well on some level.

Project 1 (Unnamed as of now) - Victoria's story will give us the details of Vic's painful life before she met Michael, as well as the sparks that flew when she met Captain Jones.  This book will explain in detail how it happened that Michael was pursued by Isaiah's thugs, how the girls became involved in everything and Victoria's side of the story regarding Michael's fall from grace and imprisonment in Indiana.  Tentative publishing date is Christmas Eve 2012.

Project 2 (Unnamed as of now) - This one will focus on Katie and Alex.  Selena will be involved too.  Tentative publishing date is March or April or 2013.

Thank you again to everybody who has read the series.  I really enjoyed putting the first part of this series together and look forward to writing more!

Do you love visuals?  I do!  In fact, seeing pictures and art are HUGE inspiration for me, whether it's for writing or just getting in my groove.  Look out, Stella!  (Just kidding, hubby...)  But seriously, peeps, you've got to check out my UBC visuals board on Pinterest.  I will be adding more and more as I get closer to the big release day on 9-14.

YEP!  There will actually be a BOOK FOUR.  And it's coming out this month!  My husband doesn't really believe me either when I say that.  My two sons usually look at me and say something like, "You write books?"

My sweetheart little niece, Morgan, asked me last week, "Are you really an author?"

"Yes, I am."

She looked up at me with her pretty blue eyes and asked, "Can I be in your book?"

Hmm....  Do we have room for a cute little mortal girl?  I'll bet I can figure something out!

The Facebook Book Bash went off without a hitch!  I have to say that I have never seen so many pictures of hot men on one Facebook page before.  The pic to the left is just one wonderful example of what readers had to offer.

Here's the update on the release date for Book 4, The Vampire's Release.

On September 13th, 2012 I will be uploading the digital version of the newest book in the series to Amazon, B&N and Smashwords.  Hopefully there won't be too much of a delay in getting the paperback ready as well, but I can't make any promises.  It usually takes me a good week or two to get that part done correctly.

If you missed the first Book Bash, don't worry!  You will have a chance to join the second one on Sept. 14th.  The plan is to get the digital version ready and up for sale on the morning of 9-14 to coincide with the Release Party.

If you are a fan of Pinterest (or an addict, like me) you can check out my Pinterest boards which include a board entitled "Undead in Brown County Visuals".  These are the kind of images that inspired me to write this series, as well as a healthy dose of CW on Thursday nights.

So we're not far off from Book Four, my peeps.  Hang in there.  Love you guys!

I am back home from the family cruise vacation.  But I'm sick.  I believe I picked up a cold bug somewhere between St. Lucia and St. Martin.  The Vampire's Curse is NOT finished yet.  I know I set a release date for tomorrow but with me being sick, I don't see how I'm going to make it happen.  Hang tight, my peeps.  It should only be a few more days as long as I can get this illness under control.

29.549 words written for The Vampire's Curse. We're coming close to the finish, peeps. Who's excited?

Now that I'm getting closer to the end of The Vampire's Curse, I'm finding more motivation to get it finished.  I'm determined not to be in too much of a hurry.  That happened when I got close to finishing Warden.  I got so excited about getting it out to the readers that I rushed through some of the last scenes.  I definitely don't want to do that with this one.

My husband is encouraging me to do a rewrite of Warden.  He would rather see me rewrite Warden and then release Curse and the extended (and improved) version of Warden at the same time.  I'm curious what my readers think of that idea.  It would push the release of Curse back by at least a month or so.  I'm leaning towards releasing Curse and then doing the rewrite/revision of Warden.  Then I'll be starting on BOOK THREE of the series!  Wow, that's a sobering thought.

So here's my question to you guys.  Do you want to see a revision of Warden?

Hello my sweet peeps!  I hope everybody had a great holiday weekend.  My two boys are nearly done with school.  Only two days to go.  My little one (5 years old) has developed an upper respiratory infection.  I found out today that we will have to start breathing treatments.  We are supposed to be going to Houston for my nephew's birthday party this weekend, but unless the little guy starts feeling better that may not happen.

But that's not what you really wanted to know, was it?  You are wondering when The Vampire's Curse will be released.  Am I right?  I want to get this done in the next two weeks.  I've been editing as I go, so I'm hoping that portion of the work won't take too long.

If you are a BETA reader for Curse, please e-mail me back with suggestions, corrections, problems, etc.  I need your input in order to get this book out!  I just started writing the fifteenth chapter.  The plan is to have around twenty chapters.  As I've said, it is going to be longer than Warden.

So hang in there.  It's on the way.  And I am more motivated than ever to get this written and up for sale.
